• Nationality and country of residence (both partners)
• Information about previous marriages and current Schengen entry basis

• Your free-text description of the case
• Service preference and consent choices

Once you become a client, we may also receive documents relating to your case, such as identification documents, civil status documents and correspondence with the Danish authorities. These are handled in accordance with this policy and our Terms & Conditions.

• Case assessment and service delivery — to assess your case, prepare and submit the marriage application and coordinate the related process. Legal basis: performance of a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)).
